Pins are non refundable. In the event your item has arrived damaged, you should email us within three days of your item arriving, with picture of video of your defective item so additional arrangements can be made. Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of being delivered and must have an email confirmation before sending out. Items cannot be returned if they were already worn or used.
